I don't know anything about the cartridge you mention, but you could
consider making an ESE-RAM or ESE-SCC cartridge. You can make them with
sizes of 128K, 256K or 512K (probably other sizes as well). And there is a
RAMdisk program for them. I don't know if that program can boot from
RAMdisk, though.
