Stop looking, there is no such thing!

Such a cartridge usually works by some special electronics inside it
taking control of the computer for a short while, and transferring
CPU status, memory contents etc. to the cartridge, so that it can be
restored later on, or saved to disk, whatever.

This will not work on any MSX, because:
-MSX machines are just too complex for this (in this respect it is
the same as for PC's, ever seen such a cartridge for a PC? Just can't
be done)
-The MSX system doesn't support Direct Memory Access (DMA), required
to read out system memory from 'outside'
-For these other 'simple' systems, like ZX Spectrum, C64 etc.,
something in the order of 64 K storage in such a cartridge will do,
in the MSX you might need 512 K, 1, 2, 4 MB., or even more

So: forget it.

Only way to accomplish something similar, is to run MSX software on
an emulator, that supports saving/restoring the emulated MSX's
status, but this is another matter....
