Hi!  |

    Yes, Yawara strikes again, within a week (less, if you consider I didn't
spent more than 3 days working on it). It has got five new modules:

    - Elite (Waltz on The Blue Danuble);
    - Ganbare Goemon - Karakuri Doutchyuu (Mechanism Journey);
    - Gojira Kun (Godzilla);
    - Silent Shadow;
    - Star Dust.

    Just a few notes:

    * Yes, I know, "Goemon"'s title makes no sense, but does Goemon (or
      Ebisu, his friend, by the way) make any sense at all?
    * "Silent Shadow" has the same music routines as "Star Dust", but
      "Star Dust" game code is far better. "Silent Shadow" (shoot'em up
      style, two simultaneous players) uses invalid Z80 codes (like the
      equivalent to "LD IXH,r" of R800 - I didn't trace them all, just a
      few - my turbo R is far away, so I couldn't test it better, but I
      wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work). Fortunately the music
      routines seems to be make by someone else (not optimized, but also
      makes no mess with the code).
    * "Star Dust" code runs over the work area, till about FE00H. It
      would require a new version of Yawara, which was a pain to
      program, when I discovered that the music routines and data end
      far before F000H, so no new version was necessary. Big luck!

    And about my threaten to delete the blocks of the first release of
Yawara at the second release? If you thought it would take me a century
or two, you were wrong! Ho, ho, ho- Ha, ha, ha... ah-ha... Okay, okay,
I won't delete the files. I found a "better" solution (not the one I
wanted, but will serve the purpose): I moved my Page. It is now at
Geocities ("Oh, no! Not Geocities! I won't find the Page...") No, no!
Don't worry, because I also get a URL redirectioner. Go find my new
Page (still under reconstruction, after the "earthquake" of the moving)
by typing:

    http://unicorndreams.home.ml.org

    Easier to remember, isn't it. Well, the Geocities address is not so
hard, too (if you have ever watched "Akai Koudan Zillion"):

    http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Atrium/2383

    "Space Year 2387, planet Maris..." The closest number I found was,
by pure luck, 2383 (easier to remember than 2387 - the series was released
in 1987, exactly 4 centuries before the story action). Hm, what did happen
to the world in 1983? And what will in 2383? Who knows... (I think I'll
put that in my adventure). By the way, what the heck is an "atrium"...?

    "Can you hear that? Seems like a jaguar, ready to... ahhhh..."

                                                 ... Cyberknight...
