Let your IRC client make a connection with one of the following servers:
lulea-r.se.eu.undernet.org
oslo-r.no.eu.undernet.org
oslo1.no.eu.undernet.org
Use port 6667 and you have connection.
/join #msx ( there is always a BOT online, named X. Don't expect answers
from him :-)
