Hi! Can someone tell me how to upgrade a SONY700D and PHILIPS NMS8255 to 512KB/1MB/4MB RAM. Any valuable info/diagrams is welcome. I have got a SONY700D but since there were no SONY machines sold here Henrik Gilvad hasn�t upgraded many of them and hasn�t got a modified ROM of a 2+ machine with modified keyboard layout for a GERMAN (D) version of the SONY700. Can someone please send me a ROM/SUBROM? dump from their upgraded SONY700D (2+) machine? I really need this, otherwise H.G. will probably fix my MSX around year 2000 :(. Does someone know where I can buy a 512K SRAM chip for my MS v1.1 ?? and ofcourse the price.. I need a manual ,coz I have troubles with playing the BIG STRATEGY 2, can someone send me one?? If I am not mistaken, I have seen once something in a Dutch disk magazine, but can�t find it now. Does someone produce a cable to connect GFX9000 to PHILIPS monitor 8833-II ,which has an RGB joystick-alike stick ? I have just made backup of some important files and I used a utility called HDB.COM (Harddisk Backup for dos2 which uses PMA compression) made by MEGASAFE. When I wanted to restore my files, unfortunately I discovered that the HDR.COM file is BROKEN! HELP! Has someone got this utility ??? Please mail it to me!
