If you wish to put a free advertisement in the Fair Brochure, it is

The stands will be allotted to entrants in order of application, to a
maximum of 3 stands per entry.
At the beginning of March we will send you a brochure and further
information with 2 identification badges per stand.
THE APPLICATION-FORM MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE SATURDAY FEBRUARY 15, 1997.
STAND FEES WILL BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY OF THE FAIR - 12 TH APRIL, 1997.
