Why don't we use the netiqette as in other mailing lists and in news?
If you have something for a local group as dutch or spanish, mention
it in the subject:
Subject [language DUTCH] En hier je onderwerp
Subject [language Spanish] <spanish subject>
Or else:
Subject [local Netherlands] Ik heb iets te koop
Subject [local USA] What the fuck is this
This gives all normal users the opportunity to see by the
subject that they might not be interested. Not everyone has a
fast connection to internet.
