I'm sorry to disappoint You Fabio, but

In all the MSX machines I know the floppy disk controller (FDC) is memory
mapped in diskrom slot and unfortunately the addresses are different in
different machines. (I own SVI X'press and Philips 8250)

The advantance of mapping the FDC I/O ports ( 4 ports) in the memory space
is that you can have more than one floppy disk interface installed. If you
use those I/O ports #D0 ... the FDC interfaces would interfer each other.

>SO,with the internet i think that you'll help me

>i've been looking for years...

I have programmed the 1793 FDC of SVI to read/write tracks and the gaps
between the sectors, and everything, so If I can help You let me know. (
The 2793 is upwards compatible with old 1793. ) I have the list of the
level I -VI commands and the bits etc of status register.
