We're sorry. The original ARC protection meant manufacturing a lot
of hardware, the costs ran very high. That's why original ARCs were so
expensive, and that's why we decided against it for later games.

And now, we do get some requests for ARC, but the cost of manufacturing, say
fifty ARCs, is horrible. I will spare you the technical details.
I do regret this, and I do think hardware protections aren't the answer.
But it was the game of which we haven't seen any running copies.

I have started this discussion to be able to take on some very bold pirates:
MSX club power replay. I am aware we cannot ban piracy, even on a small
system which probably won't see much new users. I will try to ban MSX club
power replay's very bold promotion actions, such as their postings on this
group, and the homepage that advertises for that CD. But I wanted to make
sure I had the support of many people for that. I am very pleased with all
the reactions.
