Not 100% true.
Although fMSX doesn't emulate screensplits the way they occur in real
MSXes, it does emulate something a bit like it. For games with only 1
screen split per screen, it is usually enough. For programs that rely
heavily upon screensplits (like F1 spirit 3D or NOP's Unknown Reality
demo), it's not nearly enough.
Examples of games that use screen splits and work well in fMSX:
- Solid Snake
- Quarth
- Ashguine
