Yes

You need monitor with Scart connector. It is also possibble to connect it
to other monitors, but then you have to make your own cable.

You can get it with GFX9000, when you buy it. I don't know if there is any
information on the internet.

I can't say this, but atleast I have heard, that copy operations are about
23 * faster than in V9938 (MSX2)

Well, you have external monitor connector in GFX9000, so if you have
two monitors, then you can use them even at the same time.
