What do you mean? Of course there is no difference between Mega-SCSI DOS2
and any other DOS 2... in fact, you had to copy an external DOS 2 rom in
its SRAM!
Try to reinstall DOS kernel, maybe it get corrupted. And always keep a
backup copy of the whole SRAM in a disk!
