You can save the program simply by typing <save "xxxxxxxx.bas">
Type <save "xxxxxxxx.bas",a> to save it in ASCII format, so you can edit it
with any text editor.
A (real) MSX can load those files too, type <load "xxxxxxxx.bas"
Be sure you have a disk image, or save it to a real disk.
At the DOS-promt type <fmsx -diska A:> if you want to use a real disk,
format it in fMSX using <call format>.
Or <fmsx -diska basic.dsk> if you use a image.
O, and use 720k disks! (or tape the hole on a 1,44 disk)
Or you can save it to tape by typing <csave "xxxxxxxx.bas">
Now it saves to the tape image (*.cas)
Load it with <cload "xxxxxxxx.bas">
Without the <> ofcours, and press enter. ;)
Hope this helps.
Later,
Hans.
