You are right. When we (someone) finishes FAT16 driver, we will need new
versions of some software:

- CHKDSK
- Disk editor (like DISKVIEW)
- Defragmentator (like IMPROVE)
- Disk formatter (like FDISK)
- Partition listing and checking (see below)

MegaSCSI users will need also a new EVA player, since this program
calculates start and end sector of the EVA file, and checks that file is
not defragmented in the disk, befores starting to replay it, and it is
necessary to access FAT in order to do this.

It will be not bad idea if someone starts NOW to program these new softs.
On my hand I maked two short utilities for listing and setting partitions
of disks having standard PC partition table (including ESE-ASPI disks and
also IDE disks I think). These programs are for MegaSCSI but easily
adasptable for other interfaces (I can give source code to anyone wanting
it). I'll send it to this list after a short testing.

Also, since nobody seems to dare to start the develop of a FAT16 driver,
I'll try to do it, using the own code in a RAM segment method. Any
information about DOS2 internals would be really welcome!
