1. Check that the dir A:\temp exists
2. Make sure that your AUTOTEXEC.BAT is executed. MSX-DOS 2
has the
strange feature that 2 different startup BATs exist:
AUTOEXEC.BAT and
REBOOT.BAT. I personally have an AUTOEXEC.BAT with all my
startup stuff
in it and REBOOT.BAT simply calls AUTOEXEC.BAT...


autoexec.bat is executed every time the computer boots.
reboot.bat is executed everytime you start command.com
without any options or other commands.

back to the temp.
MM does use some environment items too!
MM uses TMP for its own temporary files (AFAIK)
