PA3 does have a copy protection, but you should be able to copy the disks
without errors. Only after some time of playing, you will be asked for a
disk that doesn't exist (disk 6 or something).
Maybe one of your PA3 disks is broken? Which disk gives the error?
PA3 copy protection uses data that cannot be expressed by a DSK file. So
any attempts to play it using a DSK file will certainly fail.
