Programs which are written properly and comply to the MSX standard should not 
have any problems with the fonts being in a different slot. They should use 
an interslot read to get the data. Though, multimente (which is a great tool) 
does contain a few hacks here and there and in the end, hacks always turn 
against the programmers and the users :-(

You can try to contact the programmers of multimente to have a look at their 
application. Maybe they can fix it.
