R800 is not actually running at 28MHz. I heard actual speed is 7MHz. But
performance is equal to Z80 running at 28MHz.

It is possible to make a hardware circuit that sends a reset signal to the
Z380 and sets a flag. Then the BIOS #00000000 routine checks the flag to
see if a real boot is happening or only a mode switch.
