I have a converter from raw 24-bit pictures to SCREEN12. Is this what
you need?
By "raw 24-bit picture" I mean a picture that has 256x212 pixels (as
SCREEN12) and every pixel is stored sequentially as R;G;B, no header.
Paint Shop Pro can write such pictures.
