Every year we organise for MSX, and since 1998 also for PC the
International Computerfair in Tilburg.

It will not have slipped your attention that the number of active people and
MSX clubs is slowly decreasing.

This ofcourse results in less exhibitioneers and less visitors.
> Dit was ook al merkbaar op onze beurs van 25 April jongstleden, maar wij vond
en de beurs ondanks de geringere deelname en bezoekersaantallen toch zeer gesla
agd door het enthousiasme van de bezoekers en de kennismaking, uitwisseling en
promotie die ook mede door uw bijdrage van onze beurs is uitgegaan.
This was already noticable on the fair of 25th April this year, but we thought,
despite of the decreased number of exhibitioneers and lower number of visitors,
that the fair was a huge success, because of the enthousiasm of the visitors
and
the meeting, exchange and promotion that came from the fair, partly caused by
your contribution.
> Regelmatig krijgen wij echter signalen dat er ook nu weer mensen en verenigin
gen aan het "afbouwen" zijn. Dit baart ons zorgen! Wij willen ook in 1999 graag
weer een beurs organiseren, maar dan willen wij wel verzekerd zijn van voldoen
de standhouders, zodat de bezoekers een interessante beurs geboden wordt! Voorl
opig gaan wij nog uit van een beurs op 24 April 1999.
We often hear that again people and clubs are putting slowly and end to it.
This
worries us! We'd very much like to organise another fair in 1999, but then we
will have to be sure that we have enough exhibitioneers, so that the visitors
can expect an interesting fair! For now, we still plan a fair on the 24th of
April
1999.

So, when you also think that Tilburg 1999 should be organised, it is of great
importance to us that you now already let us know whether you'll be there as
an exhibitioneer, and how many stands you think you'll need.

1 November aan ons te retourneren! In November zullen wij u laten weten of er v
oldoende draagvlak is voor een beurs. Uw inschrijving is bij een positieve uits
lag wel definitief en wij vertrouwen er op dat u dan ook werkelijk aanwezig ben
t. Bovendien rekenen wij er dan op dat u uw bronnen gebruikt om het publiek en
uw kennissen, clubleden, etc. te informeren en hun stimuleert om de beurs te be
zoeken!

Your application will really make the difference between 'fair' and 'no fair',

we trust in the fact that you will be actually present on the fair. On top of

we also trust in the fact that you will use your resources to inform the
public,

NOtes of the translator:
It was pretty hard for me to translate this to English, and I ask you to
forgive some really bad sentences in this text! If something is unclear,
mail [EMAIL PROTECTED], they probably understand English and know all about
it, ofcourse. (So why don't they send an English version of the e-mail???)
If you want to enlist as an exhibitioneer (please do so!), use the original
Dutch form, and use this text to help you. Or just mail CGV.
I hope to have helped you with this, and ofcourse that the fair in Tilburg
