Free Projects of Hardware

Hello All. i recently joined this mailing list and i have a few questions (If they´re not answered before...):

 

- I Tried to search for hardware material in the Internet and i found just a few little pages about it. I think that most part or at least a few little bit of the people in this mailing list know something about hardware. So, why do not try to develop this technologies for free, with datasheets, and mainly, the projects of hardware and PCB´s that some groups create, and distribute it in the web? I think it will give some chance to know technologies that, for example, here in Brazil, the most part of the MSX users (or Lovers... :0) )don´t know...One of the Greatest problems to buy this from another group, it´s to import these things, the taxes, etc...and with the internet distribution, we can build it at home, fix something that we think it´s wrong, things like this... I know what this can cause to some groups....but in some countries, like here in Brazil, it´s too hard to got this, not only because of import of it, but because of the high cost... And distribute over the net, could solve some problems like this of Snatcher, about to develop the game for MoonSound e GFX9000...here in Brazil i don´t know no one that have these cards...
