This time I'll not bother you with one of my stupid utilities, but with a
even more stupid thing: a new BASIC loader for the Martos crack of Space
Manbow!
Please let me explain before shooting... as you probably know (or not), in
this version you can increase PSG volume if you keep cursor up pressed
while loading. This is useful for Philips 8280 and Turbo-R computers (in
these computers, PSG sounds too weak in SCC games).
The problem is that this increase is designed for 8280, and in Turbo-R it
is excessive. So if you have TR you have two options: don't press cursor up
and don't hear PSG, or press it and hear PSG too loud.
With my BASIC loader you can custom this volume increase, so it will sound
properly in any machine. Just use it with your old SPMANBOW.BIN and .PRG
files! (^-^)v (hum... I don't remember now if program file extension is
.PRG...)
By the way, I uploaded NestorAcentos 1.11 to my home page. This version is
identical to 1.1, but you will not have problems when installing it
together with NestorCDPlayer.
