#24 is EnaSlt (slot switch routine)
#1C is the inter slot call you mean

There are two inter slot calls, the other one is an RST which is used like
this:
RST #30
db SLOT_ID
dw ADDRESS

So, you cannot redefine all RSTs under DOS.
