I have tested the LS120 in my PC and I think it sucks bad!. The performance
is faster than floppy's, but if you have lots of small files on it, it
slows down dramatically! It takes a long time for the drive to access the
real data and start copying, so only long files will be read with a good
speed. I have tested copying 85 Mb of data to a ZIP drive and later the
same data to the LS120 (both IDE) The ZIP took 22 minutes and the LS120
almost 56 minutes! and that was with the by windows cashed data! The ZIP
had to read it from harddisk. So if you want reasonable speed and
interchangabillity, take the ZIP. You can take the floppies to others, even
those with SCSI zips!
