In Holland, I have ISDN, and the telephone costs 6 Dutch cents per minute,
2.5 cents in the evening or weekend, and 2 cents p/m on sunday.
So that's DFL 3.60 / 1.50 / 1.20 per hour... Our telephone bill raised from
200 guilders p/m to 400 p/m since we have internet...
And some people even have a cable-connection... (and that has NO p/m charge)
