  Are you using MSX-DOS2? :)

  MSX-DOS2 don't enable automatically the RAMDISK, you must type
  "ramdisk {size}" in prompt. DOS2 has "assign" features then you can
  work without problem with the floppy drive as H:, I'll test it later
  and tell to you.
