That would not be fair. When you send your routine directly to the mailing
list, only people who read the mailing list each day make a chance to win:
there are only a few really fastest possibilities, so it might well be
possible
that two different people come with the same solution. In that case, who
can
prove that the second person did not 'steal' his/her routine from the first
person, when the first person has already sent his/her routine to this
list...
So I suggest that the regulations state a starting date and an ending date
for the contest and that only after that ending date, all routines are
published somewhere. E.g., on this mailing list or on an ftp site.
Oh, and to get a larger response, it might be a good idea to post the
regulations also to the msx newsgroup (comp.sys.msx).
What about giving all people one month the time? E.g. from September 10th
to
October 10th. And post the regulations once a week to this mailing list and
to the newsgroup to give everybody (also the people that read mail/news
only
once a week) a chance to compete and hopefully win.
