It is in japanese. Former version included a Spanish DOC.
/P is used to select a partition on HDD
/Bxxx is used to select the start block (boot sector)

You can READ/WRITE files with FAT16.
To make big EVA files you can digitize them with MSX and fix them with a
PC
(Example: COPY 1.EVA /B + 2.EVA/B BIG.EVA)
