Alex,
Dynamic Publisher runs in Screen 6, using all 4 pages connected to
eachother (resulting in a 512 * 800 resolution).
As far as I can remember a PCT file is saved using RLE (Run Length
Encoding..... in case you forgot). For someone like you it should be a
piece of cake to write a decoder for it.
I'll check a few files the next upcoming days to get some more info
(maybe ..... if I have time for it I'll try to substract the decoder out
of DP itself).
