Well yes, that was the idea. Would assemble really fast, wouldn't it?
And if use #FF as opcode for other things like labels or comments... (#FF
#FF = RST #38).
#21 #00 #00 would then be LD HL,#0000 in the code and
#21 #FF "LABEL1" would be LD HL,LABEL1.
