Hey! I have recently bought a Video Technology Laser 700. It has MSX-basic! It just doesn't have a PSG (beep only) and no VDP (some custom chip). It also looks a lot like a MSX(1). I also have the diskdrive, but it seems it can only boot from it and load some disk OS. But (of course) I don't have any disks with it. Quite useless. Just thought it was funny.
