One more tip for the users of Outlook (if not, consult your brain or
your manual for the right procedure):
Tools->Inbox Assistant->Add rule
Fill in: Message Body: AAP
Click: Delete
Click: Ok
Too bad there is no limit rule for the percentage of CAPITALS in one
message
This is also known as *PLONKING*
(Put Lamer ON Killfile, this is common newsgroup knowledge)
