        The voltage has already increased around 5 volts if I'm right. But
it is rather difficult to measure. Try measuring the mains, it will give
varying results over the day. A company I worked at had a mains voltage of
198 volt if all PC's were switched on...but this was a design error I
think... Sometimes the UPS switched on, even when there was no power outage.
