Yes , To use Fmsx in a playstation you have to convert the rom file in to h
file with
bintoh and later compile the emulator but you need the yaroze kit to do it.
Later in D-ANI page http://www.arrakis.es/~ccarloss/ explains how to burn
it in a cdrom to play it
originally the emu was used with an action replay.
Also you can try run it in PSEEMUPRO PSX emulator loading the psx.exe in
the DEVKIT.
