I just spoke with Peter Burkhard via ICQ, and he told me the following:
A new series of IDE interfaces and RS232 interfaces is in production. They
will highly likely be finished next month (November). The prices will be the
same, or maybe a tiny little bit more expensive because of increased
production costs.
However, this time also a combined IDE / RS232 interface will be made, so
that you only need one slot for both! This will also work in a subslot (or
at least, I hope so :), forgot to ask Peter). The price hasn't been set yet
but I think it will be below Dfl. 200 (which is approx. 100 Euro).
Just wanted to let you know (with Peter's permission).
