NLMSX v0.21 beta 4 has been released.

New in this beta over the last beta (beta 3)
- All configurable devices can now be added and removed while
the emulator is running, these include
Normal ROM images
Memory Mappers
Disk ROM images
MSX-DOS2 ROM images
KONAMI MEGAROM images (without SCC)
KONAMI MEGAROM images (with SCC)
- Konami MEGAROM support is now available.
With the configuration editor it is now possible to place
MEGAROMs and of course combinations of certain Konami
games can be made.
There is no help file yet, but I'm working on that.
