Haha, that was a nice one, indeed. But I think Wammes might have written
'Space Mambo' intentionally. I don't know if it's clear, but that huge
spaceship which is the 'bad guy' in the game is shaped like a mambo (some
kind of fish). I wouldn't be surprised if Konami wanted to actually call the
game 'Space Mambo' themselves ! They might not have done this either because
they thought it didn't sound really cool, or just because they couldn't find
out the correct English spelling. But I guess we'll never know. I wonder if
Wammes wrote 'Mambo' intentionally, and actually, I think he did.
Wammes isn't stupid, now is he ?
