You can write your own interupt handler routine, which are almost
directly executed.
Otherwise you have to use the hooks, which is slow because al of the
normal rst38 overhead, or you would have to place your own routine at
#38, meaning a higher setup price (needing a 16 kB mapperpage extra ,
storing memory layout just before, and restoring afterwards)
