Hi!

I've once been so stupid to blow up my NMS1250 with RS232c interface.

(It was in my slotexpander, when I inserted the slotexpander in the wrong
direction in my MSX (there were no boxes around it because all my stuff
was in a PC-box) )
Now i am hoping that there is someone who can tell me what's wrong with
it, and if it can be repaired easy and by myself. (by replacing IC's or so).

When I insert it into my VG8235:
The CAPS-lock sign is burning and it doesn't boot at all, in any case.
When I insert it into my NMS8250 without any other cartridge:
    It boots normal.
When I insert it into my NMS8250 - port 1 with BERT in port 2:
It hangs after the upcoming of the three well-known letters ..
When I insert it into my NMS8250 - port 2 with BERT in port 1:
Basic is booted and the BERT seems ignored
When I insert it into my NMS8250 - port 1 with F1-spirit + SCC in port 2:
The game isn't booted, but BASIC and the SCC are usable
When I insert it into my NMS8250 - port 2 with F1-spirit + SCC in port 1:
It hangs after the upcoming of the three well-known letters.
When I insert it into my NMS8250 - port 1 with Music Module in port 2:
The ROM in the MM isn't usable but BASIC is.

I don't know how to test the RS232c when the computer boots normal, because
the RS-software I have requires DOS2 and I can't boot with DOS2 and the
RS232c.
The NMS1250-modem was disabled when the RS232c interface was built in, so
that isn't usable at all.

Thanx a lot for the attention!

Grtz,
Siebe
