There are two:
BASCOM (from microsoft, no gfx support), and
MCBC (from MCM, hardly any disk-support, only on sector level).

Furthermore, there are also some pre-interpreters like KUN-Basic (and
NestorBasic), which also compile but don't generate a .COM or .BIN-file.
