But PPP isn't really needed is it? At least my ISP (and I'm sure there are
others) supports SLIP.
I'm not sure what kind of work is needed to make RS232C modems work, but
surely it's less work than supporting 'standard' MSX modems.
So considering these things, wouldn't a direct internet connection with MSX
be a little less far in the future? (please? ;)
