Of course, but it'll cost you a few megabucks...
- develop the PCB(s)
- find the laptop case
- find an LCD screen
- etc...

Unless you mean: take an existing MSX out of its
desktop case and fit it into an existing laptop
case. I think that would be pretty much close to
impossible...

(The easy way out is to take PC laptop and install fMSX ;-))
