Hmm, Then I think a router of your ISP must be down. Both sites are
operational and getting quite some visitors as the moment. Maybe a last
resort:
http://www.casema.net/~tfh/mep-mirror/mirror.html

It's the same as the http://www.mepmirror.cjb.net, but it doesn't use the
CJB redirect, which might be behind the same routers at the original
www.file-hunter.com domain...
If this doesn't work, call your ISP :-))
