When you are in the player selection screen, you can enter the code using
the cursor keys (but I thought the joystick or -pad should work just as
well), so for the Super Bubble Bobble you go Up, Left, Down, Left, Up, Up
and Left... Return the control to neutral position (or just let go) before
you do the next 'move'. BTW, 'alle schoentjes' are 'all shoes' in Dutch...
