I don't read in that mail from Prime Technology that ordering a small amount
of chips will be more expensive.
And how do you explain the low shipping costs then?
Do I have to order all 19k V9958 to get them for $6.60?
I don't believe that.

There is only one way to find that out: mail them and ask
them what the chips will cost in small quantities.
