One question: I hope you mean only the game roms, right?
Since I'm still working on openMSX I'm verry interested in all the
BIOS/BASIC/DOS/FM-PAC roms etc. I don't care for the games. Plenty of
site where you can find them, but your system roms collection is rather
unique.

I once wrote (in Perl) a DB system to search for ROMS and the result was
a list of links of pages where you could get them. I even made some
backbone programs so that a multiple people could maintain the database
and distribute it automatically to the other sites who would run the
program. Why not do the same and redirect the downloads to funet or
other derivate sites?
