No. Replace the first character by a E6, like Maarten suggested.
If you clear the entire directory entry (fill with 0's), DOS will ignore all
following directory entries (this problem can be solved by creating a new
file to take the old directory's place but it's not a nice solution). The
CHKDSK /F part is right, though.
