Hi,

I returned from the MSX event at Bussum just a couple of minutes ago (my
home is a five minute drive from Bussum!).

It was the usual collection of friendly and enthousiastic people. Besides
MSX I noticed Nintendo's, Playstations, even a Playstation 2 was available
to play with.
It was even less commercial than the previous year, no Spanish or Belgium
stands or shops, but Sunrise ofcourse gives it an international touch. A
steady stream of visitors, certainly not overcrowded.

Just to mention some that cought my attention with new developments:
- Sunrise with their fine collection of hardware like the IDE/RS232C
interface. They showed the 8-slot expander and sold the first of those. The
slotexpander fits nicely in a PC housing as on show, a good idea for the
required powersupply, hard disks, and other devices like ZIP drives.
I overheard the price of Fl. 299,- for the Slotexpander.
- Rinus Stoker with his magazine and also dutch representative of Leonardo
Padial's hardware line with dutch prices.
- Deltasoft with The Thunderbirds and Fu=indit, a puzzle based on Metalgear.

The only item i bought was the MCCM Millennium cd set second hand, in fine
condition for fl. 20,-.
