27256 vs 27C256

Hi

When replacing roms in a msx would it matter if you use 27256 or
27C256? The same would apply for 27512  or 27C512.

I am upgrading my svi738 to msx2, and the 27C256's in South Africa is
a bit cheaper than the 27256's
