HI A few days ago I asked for some info on the yamaha FD-03/5 diskdrives and interfaces. I have some info to give now. The FD-05 and FD-03 are both 720kb single stiffy drives. FD-03 stiffy is horizontal and the FD-05 vertical. The FD-051 interface used with these drives also works with a pc stiffy. Only turn the cable round (like with SVI738) and suply power. I pluged the FD051 into my SVI738 which has its own disk interface build in. I got 4 drives (A-D) with the drives on the FD-051 A,B and the build in controler taking drives C and D. One last thing.
